President & CEO
Kelvin E. Smith
As President & CEO, Mr. Smith has utilized over 35 years of military and federal government experience to guide KTS Solutions with the highest integrity and expertise. Under his leadership, KTS Solutions has recognized substantial growth and continues to set itself apart from competitors by providing exceptional services and delivering on its promises of comfort, safety, and reliability.

Prior to founding KTS Solutions, Mr. Smith held multiple senior-level positions within the federal government and private sector. Mr. Smith is a retired Senior Chief Petty Officer of the United States Navy who performed 21 years of outstanding military service to his country and is also a disabled veteran. He has demonstrated strengths in transportation, financial management, logistics, and personnel management.

Mr. Smith’s current goal is to continue the growth of KTS Solutions and strategically position the firm to compete in a very fast-paced environment while continuing to provide the same excellent service its reputation is built upon.

Ebony Smith is the Executive Vice President/Chief Operation Officer of KTS Solutions. Ms. Smith has assisted in growing KTS Solutions since day one of its inception.
Her leadership and hands on experience has touched all facet of its operation to include Human Resources Manager, scheduling, invoicing, payroll and accounting, and customer service support that has made KTS Solutions a success in the transportation industry.
As our Chief Operations Officer, Ms. Smith will continue shaping and assisting with expanding KTS Solutions into new markets with a very strong commitment to customer service excellence for our customers.
Starla Brown, MBA
Chief Financial Officer
& Senior Vice President
Mrs. Brown is KTS Solutions' Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President. She is responsible for the finance, accounting, and payroll functions within the organization.

With over 15 years of experience working within the government contracting arena, Mrs. Brown has provided both small businesses and fortune 500 companies with financial management and accounting support services.
Mrs. Brown holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance (B.B.A.) from Howard University and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting (M.B.A.) from Bowie State University.
